This is common sense when you look at the justice system overall. I’ll also add every article I’ve seen where a judge was in trouble for not fully punishing someone for a sex crime, the perp has always been a white male.
Open up the “registry” that covers Washington DC. It’s all black males!!! None of the “perfect” white politicians are on it.
A new way to fight the registry, it seems it is inherently racist as well. Should be sent to all black leaders and those fighting inequality. A discriminatory argument always is a good one in court.
So, could these studies be used to make similar laws, like we have done in ca regarding felonies as also racially discriminatory.
